Returns & Exchanges

At Conzuri, we want you to step with confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all footwear and apparel. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging included to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original Conzuri shoebox and secure them inside a mailing bag or box to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
